AUDIO UNIT
AUDIO UNIT : Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK FUSE
Check for blown fuses.
Is inspection result OK? YES >> GO TO 2.
NO >> Be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.
2.CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Check voltage between audio unit harness connector and ground.
Is inspection result OK? YES >> INSPECTION END
NO >> Check harness between audio unit and fuse.
Microphone signal circuit
Description
Power is supplied from audio unit to microphone. The microphone transmits the
sound voice to the audio unit.

1.CHECK ESP OFF INDICATOR LAMP FUNCTION (1)
Check that ESP OFF indicator lamp in combination meter turns ON for approx. 1
second after ignition switch is
turned ON.

1. Operate the parking brake lever with a force of 196 N (20 kg, 44 lb). Check
